Good food, good service, and good drinks. I think these are good people who operate this restaurant

We had another wonderful visit to Los Jimadores Tex-Mex Tequila Factory. We met a group of fellow friends, around 25 of us, for a get together to share a meal and fellowship. I had highly recommended the restaurant to the group and knew Los Jimadores wouldn't let us down, and I was right. After getting seated and greeted by our enthusiastic server and staff, everyone ordered drinks and started munching on chips and salsa. They all loved the bean dip that Los Jimadores is known for. My wife and I ordered a couple of frozen margaritas. Being a restaurant focusing on tequilas, they definitely knew how to craft a great frozen margarita. Their "house" margarita is up to par of some of the best frozen margaritas we've had. They also have excellent salsa with just enough "bite" to keep it interesting. My wife decided on a 1/2 order of chicken quesadillas, and I opted for a combo platter consisting of a chicken enchilada, cheese enchilada and a crispy taco. The platter was accompanied with refried beans and Spanish rice. While waiting on all of our group's entrees, our group had a great time chatting and moving around the private room to catch up with folks we hadn't seen in quite a while. It was good to see everyone in person. The door opens and a parade of servers and staff started delivering our entrees to the group with military precision. It was great they had a lot of help to get the entrees to us while the plates were hot. Everyone loved the food at the restaurant. My wife's quesadillas were exactly what she wanted. The chicken was marinated perfectly and had a great grilled flavor. My combo platter was totally yummy, everything was GREAT. Thank you, Los Jimadores for a wonderful time. You impressed all my friends and I'm sure you're gained many new customers.

They have happy hour drink specials and a taco Tuesday special. Service was good and the tacos had a lot of meat in them. I liked the chips and salsa even though it's warm temperature wise where I prefer cold salsa.

Food is always amazing and the staff is so friendly. It's a warm and inviting atmosphere.

This is the second visit I've had to Los Jimadores. I didn't review it the first time because I didn't care for my food, but I was more concerned about It was what I ordered rather than the actual quality of the food and I was right. The complementary chips and salsa is above and beyond because not only do they give you salsa they give you this very tasty black bean dip. I could've just ate the black bean dip. It was so good. The last time I was there, I ordered some quesadillas and frankly they were quite bland, however, this time I ordered the coconut shrimp and it was over the top. The shrimp was huge. The breading on it was well flavored, extra crunchy while the shrimp remain tender and juicy. The vegetables that were Julianne chopped on the top were so crispy and crunchy they enhanced the dish so well. The mashed potatoes underneath the shrimp were creamy and well seasoned. The thing I'll say about the sauce, it was a little spicy for my taste, but in moderation it was very good. The portion was huge. I also had a margarita while I was there. I upgraded the tequila and instead of the triple sec I had them add a half a shot of Disaronno. The margarita came out amazing. I felt like it was reasonably priced. They did add an 18% gratuity because we were in such a large party as we were the last time, but it was very reasonable, very fair and the service was great. I would definitely revisit this restaurant and I would definitely order the coconut shrimp again. It was literally the best coconut shrimp I have had in years.

Outstanding Mexican food / Tex-Mex! I found this place on Yelp because I like to go to hole in the wall restaurants because normally they have the best food and Los Jimadores did not disappoint. I've been here 3 or 4 times now and each time the food and service have been great. The plates are plentiful and you leave full. The salsa is very good and just the right amount of spice. Be careful though because they serve their's piping hot, as in temperature. So don't burn your mouth on the first scoop . The prices are very fair. Give the place a try. You'll leave with a full stomach and a smile on your face !

I was craving Tex-mex while running errands during my lunch break so I popped into Los Jimadores to place a to go order. 5 stars for service - every that works there is always professional and kind. 5 stars for the taste of the food. I've never ordered anything from this restaurant that wasn't delicious! 4 stars for food packaged to go. This one kind of falls on me. I ordered the crispy tacos lunch special (came with 2 crispy tacos, beans, rice, chips & salsa). Everything was at the right temperature when I arrived home (less than 10 minutes after I left the restaurant)...everything except the taco shells. They were a soggy mess by the time I got home - they fell apart as soon as I tried to pick one up. BUT, everything else tasted delicious! 1 star for packaging issue. They serve an amazing warm bean dip and salsa with the fresh made chips. Unfortunately, instead of wrapping each container individually they put the warm salsa on top of the warm bean dip, then wrapped in plastic wrap. As I was unpacking the bag I noticed the salsa container sinking into the bean dip - the plastic lid broke from the heat of both containers. I'm thankful it was wrapped up, otherwise I would have had a mess to deal with in my car and at home. Maybe wrap the separately for takeout orders? Besides this minor snafu, Los Jimadores is always consistently delicious, friendly, and is a great local spot. I'll definitely be back, but will dine in (gives me an excuse to have one of their yummy margaritas).
